Returns 

7-Day Return Policy 

You have 7 days from delivery to return an item. To be eligible, the product must be unused and in its original sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles or used products. 

 

Proof of purchase is mandatory for initiating a return.

 

Refunds (If applicable)

Once your returned item has been received and inspected by us, you will get an email notifying the same.

 

If approved, an exclusive discount coupon for the agreed refund amount will be credited to your name. This discount does not have an expiration date and can be used for any future purchases. 

 

Refund processing may take up to 5–7 business days.

 

Products on sale (If applicable)

Unfortunately, products bought during a sale cannot be refunded/returned/exchanged unless they are significantly damaged.

 

Exchanges (If applicable)

We exchange products in case of defects or damage.
