  • The product must be used exactly as directed on the packaging, on website or by our support team.
  • Customers must complete the full 30-day usage period before requesting a refund.
  • Clear proof of proper and consistent product usage is required, including:
    • Before and after photos (must be send before and after photos via email)
    • Usage progress photos/videos during the 30 days
    • Order confirmation or proof of purchase
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days after completing the 30-day usage period.
  • The product must be purchased directly from our official website.

Important Conditions

  • Results may vary from person to person depending on hair condition, scalp health, lifestyle, genetics, and consistency of use.
  • Refunds will not be approved if the product was not used according to the recommended instructions.
  • Incomplete usage, inconsistent application, or failure to provide required proof may make the customer ineligible for a refund.
  • Products that are intentionally damaged, misused, or altered are not eligible for refunds.
